Downtown Community Benefit District Meeting, Monday, September 30
The first meeting of the new Downtown San Rafael Community Benefit District (CBiD) is scheduled for Monday September 30 from 4pm - 5pm. The meeting is open to the public and will be held at San Rafael City Hall, 1400 5th Avenue, San Rafael.
