2027 BID Board of Directors – Notice of Nominations

The Downtown San Rafael BID is pleased to announce the proposed Board of Directors for 2027.

Three current Directors will be completing their service, and three new candidates have expressed interest in joining the Board.

In accordance with the BID bylaws, members in good standing may nominate additional candidates by submitting a petition signed by 20 BID Members within 20 days of this notice.

If no additional nominations are received by the deadline, the nominated candidates will be declared elected by the Board in accordance with Section 5.3 of the bylaws.
