Paul Navazio Appointed Acting City Manager

This month, the San Rafael City Council appointed Paul Navazio as Acting City Manager. Paul has served as the City’s Finance Director since July 2023 and brings more than 30 years of experience in public finance and municipal management, including previous roles as City Manager of Woodland and Assistant City Manager and Finance Director for the City of Davis.

In this role, Paul will focus on advancing the City Council’s priorities, maintaining strong financial stability, and continuing to deliver responsive services to the community.
