$20,000 Small Business Grants Available
American Express and Main Street America have launched the new Amex Shop Small Grants Program, offering 250 grants of $20,000 to small businesses nationwide. An initial $5 million will fund the program, with additional contributions added every time an Amex Card Member shops at a qualifying small business on Small Business Saturday, November 29, 2025.
Applications are open Nov. 29, 2025–Jan. 16, 2026. Businesses should be prepared with a ready-to-execute project plan and budget. Grant recipients will also receive access to networking opportunities and e-learning resources.
