San Rafael Chamber Economic Forecast in the Books

The San Rafael Chamber hosted the 2025 Economic Forecast: Growth, Housing & Mobility.  They kicked off conversations about the economy - what’s going on federally and how it’s impacting all of us at home, progress and barriers to housing and the scoop about transportation. Congressman Jared Huffman kicked us off with some insight into what’s going on with the new administration beyond what we see in the news. Dr. Christopher Thornberg of Beacon Economics shared data data data, starting at the federal and brought the focus to Marin. You can find his slides here! The expert panelists shared what they’re all working on so more of us can both work and play in Marin while sharing progress on transpo pain points. And of course, there was networking magic.
