San Rafael's Juneteenth Activities:
- June 11th - The San Rafael Public Library and Friends of the Library - 1100 E Street - hosting historian John William Templeton, who will discuss the significance of Juneteenth
- June 15th - Christ Presbyterian Church Juneteenth Family Festival - 620 Del Ganado Rd - Highlighting Marin County's African American's History of FIRSTS
- June 17th - San Rafael City Council Meeting - 1400 5th Ave - A proclamation commemorating Juneteenth will be heard at the City Council
- June 19th - Rebound Bookstore - 1611 4th Street -Voices of Freedom Now! Young writers speak out about tomorrow ~ Reading event & new work by students from Novato Marin School of the Arts - Reception 6:00- 8:00 PM
