Review a draft ordinance adding and amending multiple sections of the San Rafael Municipal Code, relating to outdoor eating areas. The proposed ordinance would regulate and permit outdoor eating areas - known as "Streetaries" - within parking spaces within the public right of way, subject to design and development standards, operational standards, fees, and other related requirements.
