SAN RAFAEL, CA – `Til Dawn, Youth In Arts’ award-winning teen a cappella ensemble, is back with its annual SING OUT! concert to raise money for its scholarship fund. The longest-running, year-round teen ensemble in the Bay Area has been going strong for 27 years. This is a night not to be missed!
