The City of San Rafael currently offers business owners the opportunity to complete a Trespass Letter to help with individuals that may be unlawfully lodging on your property.

The City of San Rafael and its homelessness team understands that this is a sensitive topic and by doing this it allows trained professionals the opportunity to remove individuals in a respectful and thoughtful manner. This interaction also gives the opportunity for city staff to provide information about local services available for those experiencing homelessness.
