Enjoy a family-friendly way to celebrate Halloween!

Fourth Street merchants will be welcoming kids and families on Saturday, October 24th from 1p-3p.  Dress up, bring a bag, and get ready for some treats! (or tricks).

Don't miss the Pet Costume Party in the Plaza from 1:30p-2p! Costumed pets will receive a treats sponsored by Red Hill Pet Center.

Trunk or Treat sponsored by the San Rafael Police Department with a festive SR Police Car passing out candy in Plaza from 1p-3p.

Check out the Prize Wheel in the Plaza by Foster Our Future from 1p-3p.
