The BID Annual Report & Report is being presented to the City Council in November. It will highlight of prior year's budget and activities of the BID and the projected budget and activities for the next year.
November 3, 2023 - Draft Annual Report & Budget Submitted to the City - The BID sent out a survey and held an Annual Meeting requesting input on what members would like to see happen in 2024. These recommendations will be reviewed and potentially added to the 2024 proposed plan.
November 20, 2023 - City Council Consent Item – Submittal of BID Annual Report, Recommendation of BID Advisory Board members, and Intention to Levy the District and setting a public hearing for December 4, 2023.
December 4, 2023 – City Council Hearing – At this hearing we will determine if we have received a majority protest that would not allow the BID to move forward with levying the assessments. If we do not receive a majority protest, Council will be able to approve the BID assessment.
