San Rafael, CA – Brace yourself, downtown San Rafael, as Ranch Water, the latest brainchild of the legendary mixologist Johnny Metheny, aka Johnny Love, is set to redefine the city's nightlife. Named after the classic tequila cocktail, this trendy bar promises a tequila-infused experience like no other.
Johnny Love, in partnership with Duncan Wedderburn, invites locals and visitors alike to join the grand opening festivities on
Tuesday, January 23, at 5pm, featuring a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Mayor Kate Colin hosted by the San Rafael Chamber.
Ranch Water is not just a bar; it's a celebration of craft cocktails, sports, live music, and lively entertainment.
Ranch Water embraces its roots with a full bar but a focus on tequila, offering an array of expertly crafted cocktails, including
its namesake, Ranch Water, made famous in Austin, TX. Located at 711 Fourth Street in Downtown San Rafael, the newly
remodeled bar is adorned with a spectacular mural by artist, Alexis Volpe, and screens broadcasting sports events with sound
on, creating the perfect atmosphere for cocktail lovers and sports enthusiasts seeking a vibrant venue to catch their favorite
games.
This tequila haven is not just about spirits; it's a hub of entertainment. Live music will grace the stage on Thursdays and
Saturdays, while Wednesdays come alive with the tunes of aspiring vocalists during Karaoke night. Fridays are all about beats with a DJ spinning tracks, setting the stage for a weekend of revelry.
To kick off the week on a high note, Ranch Water presents Margarita Monday, where patrons can savor discounted margaritas and Mexican beers, the perfect antidote to the Monday blues.

the official grand opening of Ranch Water. The event will offer complementary appetizers from Los Moles from 5:30-7pm to
compliment the signature cocktails. The Jamie Clark Band will play from 7-10pm to continue the celebration into the night.
The bar is open Monday-Thursday 5pm-12am, Friday 5pm-2am Saturday noon-2am and Sunday 10am-10pm. Located at 711
