West End Pilot Lighting Project

Downtown San Rafael Kicked Off the West End Pilot Lighting Project on 4th Street between G Street and Shaver at this year's West End Village Celebration event on Sunday, November 4th.

Downtown San Rafael has always been known for its charming lights, and now the West End will join the party with the overhead lights crisscrossing 4th Street!

Mayor Gary Phillips “flipped the switch” at dusk during the Family Fun Celebration to illuminate the new lights. This project was spearheaded by the Downtown San Rafael Business Improvement District and the City of San Rafael.
